The main water shut-off valve on our home broke in the off position. No water with 5 kids in the house, on a 100+ degree day! Bad! Within an hour of our call, the plumber was there, and 40 minutes later, we had a new valve and water in our house. He waived the diagnostic fee, as P&S always does if you have them do the repair. He also gave us the 10% discount as if we had booked online, even though we didn't! We always call Parker & Sons because they don't charge extra for nights or weekends. This happened on a Saturday, and I would have been unwilling to call anyone else. P&S are smart because they know that policy gets them business! We have used them for A/C in the past, too.
