LG Washer Dryer- typical maintenance I had read about. I told LG the problem AND the part I needed. Called AID as directed, told them again, the problem AND the part. Two days to get a ""repairman"" here. Raphael shows up within the 2 hour window, WITHOUT EVEN A TOOL BOX, pushes two buttons and confirms I was right, we need that part and no, they hadn't ordered it. He said he'd put a ""RUSH"" on it and to call the office starting the next day to check. I call the office and a surly receptionist wont even look up my order. Once she does, there's no ""rush"" there's no nothing, and maybe next week my part will show up. Then I'd have to make ANOTHER appointment for more days later. I ask to speak to a manager, its 2pm. She says there is no manager until the next morning. You wouldn't think there is a recession and people are looking for work talking to these people. Machine is 8 months old, I can't do laundry with an 18 month old baby here waiting.
