It is a long story but to summarize - this big box store gives all big box stores a bad reputation. Special ordering is an absolute nightmare. My washer/dryer were not delivered free as promised after it took over an hour to get the order done. Instead they went to the store. Finally got scheduled for delivery and they were sent to the wrong house. Something promised for 7/13 didn't even make it by 7/22. This isn't the first time this happened either. A cabinet that was special ordered got lost in the system for over eight weeks. \r
Come on. Get your act together. Hire some people and TRAIN them. At least if they don't know what or where things are - let them make the ultimate effort in customer service. All that is missing and it is a very frustrating trip to get even the simpilist things.
Pros: Price is the only pro but few items made in USA
Cons: Not enough staff, inexperience, inefficiency, frustrtion
