First of all, this park is on the border of Pomona and Walnut. This is great because it's near the new stores in Walnut and has some good influence from that direction. Some of the kids in this MH park go to Walnut schools, which is definitely a bonus. I lived here over 3 years. The neighbors have always been friendly and they look out for each other. This is not a trashy park like most of the others in the area. Because they do have rules that are enforced, the park has not turned into an unsafe dirty place to live. Management is friendly and effective. If you are looking at mobiles in the area, this should be a top choice - go see it!
