after sending a confidential inquery concering my grandmother to the manager of this facility my relatives suddenly had information about my email concerning the theft and possible senior abuse by these individuals. i has specifically asked that my email be confidental. it seems the facilty decided to side with my relatives instead of keeping the queries confidential, perhaps they forgot thier first duty was the to resident. because of this they have been able to terrorize my grandmother into not talking anymore because she is afraid of them and where they will place her. wonderful job sun west, you do abusers of elderly a service here.
