Don't sign the contract! I moved out of area and sent them written notice with a copy of my new lease agreement. Since I had done everything according to the contract, I didn't know there was a problem until I started receiving letters and calls from their attorney almost a YEAR LATER. They claimed they didn't receive notice of my move until 3 months after I sent it and charged me a several hundred dollars in additional fees and penalties. Their attorneys are now threatening me with court and destroying my perfect credit rating. Their office does Not return the calls I've been making over the past year to resolve. They are in some sort of predatory scam with their attorney and collection group - I recommend finding another gym run by more honest Americans.
