Asked for a quote to come out to a business to clean up water damage...the girl who answered the phone kept asking the same questions over and over. Then she transferred me to a manager to confirm what we wanted. The manager said she would have a tech call us to let us know when he would come out to give us a quote. Never heard back from them. I guess they really don't want any business and we'll be glad to not give it to them. How they stay in business is beyond me....
Pros: Someone actually answered their phone!
Cons: But she was terrible...
