They came to my place of work one morning to complete an order on a pump that wasn't working. The guy they sent was rude and unprofessional and even said comments such as, ""You all called me, I don't need you!"" Trust me buddy, my business is gladly accepted by another company now!
Cons: Bad attitude, Arrogance!
