It is unfortunate that this company that ruined our $500 bedspread won't even reimburse the $40 cost of the cleaning. I have never had a problem dry cleaning the comforter in the past. Dixie's cleaning made the batting lumping and there were several small tears in the fabric. I am unable to salvage this comforter.
