I chose to check this place out BECAUSE of the reviews here. I'm convinced any of the positive reviews are either fake or you've never had sushi in your life.
I'm TELLING YOU I know good sushi. Some of you guys are claiming you are sushi connoisseurs but then you're saying this fish was great? That just can't be true.
Chewy fish is not fresh fish. Usually at an all you can eat place I eat A LOT, like until I'm ready to die. But I stopped even trying to find something I liked after trying 4 or 5 different sushi and a roll (with a friend, not by myself) I was just tired of everything being practically inedible.
How do they manage to mess up tempura vegetables?
Even those were average at best. The miso soup was fine? I guess that's an expensive cup of miso soup though. I want my 22 dollars back.
Bottom line - if you think costco sushi is high end, you'll love this place. If you actually love sushi try somewhere else.
Pros: Decent atmosphere once inside
Cons: The main reason you go.... the sushi... dreadful.
