On a Wed I placed an order at 7:07 p.m. for one pizza. The person taking the order said it would be delivered in about 40 min. After waiting 50 minutes I called to check on the delivery status. The person told me it was on the way. I waited another 10 minutes and called back since I was less than a mile from their business. When I called back the person answering the phone was very short with me and hung up the phone on me. I called back once again to speak to the manager who was not helpful in the situation. I received the pizza and paid the full price at 8:17p.m. This says a lot about their customer service.
