I went in for just a simple color. The stylist was rude and totally dried out my hair. I found the stylist to be in a hurry and I'm so unhappy with the color. Luck for me, color never lasts very long in my hair so this will wash out soon. But I won't be going to Blondies again. If a salon can't do good color, then a salon can't do anything.
