When I saw all the fantastic reviews, I thought maybe Victor didn't really need another good review, but I really can't pass up to opportunity to say what an unexpected pleasure it was to deal with Victor. Weeks after I had an electrical issue following the car alarm installation (a problem that turned out to be unrelated to his work), Victor called to follow-up just to make sure everything turned out OK. He had offered a refund the car alarm installation was causing the problem. He even called the repair shop to explain exactly what his installation entailed to assist them in diagnosing the electrical problem. That's what I call integrity, all too rare to find these days.
