Visible Changes is an upbeat salon conviniently located in First Colony Mall. The entire staff is welcoming and helpful. Victor has been cutting/styling my hair for the past 5 years ,and he is great! He is HILARIOUS! I look forward to catching up with him on my love life everytime I get a hair cut! Interacting with the staff and goofing around make getting a hair cut more like a social evnet, love it!
