I began Fitness Together in January with the usual New Year?s resolution trepidation. My orientation to the program showed me that this time would be different. This time I needed to be an active participant in order to make it a success. I was surprised to discover that it wasn?t that difficult to enjoy the hard work. The trainers designed a program geared towards my needs, and with their help I?ve developed a new approach towards exercise and nutrition. They also do a great job in keeping me motivated as well as keeping it fun. I?ve achieved my initial goal - which was to feel and look better - and I?m excited about the future and what new goals I can accomplish. This is the best thing I have done for myself in a long time.
