I scheduled Geek Squad to come to my home to install my television, dvd player, etc. It was scheduled for Fridayk, between 1 and 4. At 4:30 I called and was informed that they could not get hold of th installer and they would let me know as soon as they heard from him. I was on the phone that time for over 15 minutes. I called back 1 hour later and was told that the installer was on his way. At 6:30 I called back again and the dispatcher tried once again the reach the installer but could not. I was on the phone for 36 minutes. I finally got so disgusted that I hung up. I called back on Saturday morning at 9:00 a.m. to get my money back because they still could not give me an answer as to when I could expect someone to come out. After being putting on hold once again I finally reached sales to get refunded and was told that the computers weren't up yet and she would call me back. She called me back and said that I would receive the money back into my account in 3 to 5 business days. When I paid for it the service the money came out immediately What a total nightmare.
