I originally made an appt for 9am- they called to say the dentist had a emergency procedure and rescheduled me to 12, then called me back 2 days later to ask if I wanted to take a 10 or 11 appt. We confirmed that the appt was for 10am and I get there at 10:05. The paperwork is confusing (and I have a background in healthcare) although most people would have just signed. There's a mandatory arbitration form which the receptionist INSISTS I have to sign if I want to be seen. Now I have no plans to bring on a suit, but anyone who knows about arbitration knows how horrible it is for the consumer.
Pros: Clean office, good credentials
Cons: Staff, 2 hour wait!, Confusing Paperwork, Pain
