We moved here to save money for a house. It looked good on the surface. How wrong we were. This place is the worst in Dallas and I have lived in just about 12 apartment complexes here. Our air conditioner has broken 5 times in the last 2 months. No one in the office is helpful or even knows what they're doing. The maintenence crew is the worst and is seldom willing to go out of their way to fix what you need. DO NOT MOVE TO PARKRIDGE PLACE APARTMENTS!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
