Had to be at work at 10, called this service at 8:55, cab stated they would be there in 20 minutes, I called back at 9:30 they said he was on his way, 9:45 - 10:00 I kept calling back and no one answered. Got my neighbor to take me and she said they did the same thing to her.
Pros: They did show up - 2 hours later.
Cons: Got an attitude whenI wasn't there.
