I worked out with Raymond for a couple of years and it was a wonderful experience. Working out with a trainer was one of the best decisions I have ever made. It not only reshapes your body but strengthens your posture and confidence. Raymond devotes all of his attention on you, focusing on challenging your strength and endurance. It is truly amazing how fast he was able to get me into the best shape I had been in my life. His expertise as a personal trainer and self-defense expert is second to none. He is encouraging and motivating. Working out with him was truly the highlight of my week.
