This is the most horrible place you could move beside maybe Cabrni Green in Chicago. These building also should be damolished. They have an really bad mold problem!!! And you know that can seriously hurt you! So if you don't get struck by a stray bullet the mold will serious hurt you you in the long run. Luckly I was a person that had the number to the cooperate office which made Dennis and the smart mouthed a-- maintenance man get some act right in them . Which is a number no one in the office is willing to give to you because if you call them you will see some new people in that office. He made sure to do all the things I asked him to do as soon as I called them. I still will be moving as soon as my lease is up!!!! If you live in Larkin Village and have any problems instead of call the office to see what they are willing to do. If they're not talking about anything or the problem persist call 1-800-333-3509. Which is the cooperate office for the whole apartment complex. Even though he wants you to think he owns the apartment building he DOES NOT!! So from one resident to another that's how you handle him. If you don't live here already as the other person said RUN!!!!
