The owner has posted opening time of 8:30 AM but arrives whenever he feels in the mood. He told me that's the advantage of being in business for himself. I told him it was a good way to lose custimers and I would not be back. I have heard from several other customers that he's not just unfriendly but rude. I have to agree.
