We've been with John Kraft since 1988, starting with auto insurance on two cars, plus renter's insurance. We got our homeowner's insurance from him when we bought our first and only house in 1992. We've made a few claims, including an unfortunate string of events within several months of each other, and never had any difficulty filing claims. Our reimbursements have always come promptly on home and auto claims.
