Please spare yourself the heartache of going to this shop. We ordered dresses from this shop 9 months before my friends wedding only to be stuck 3 weeks before having to scramble to find other dresses. The two owners promises and lies are disgraceful. They ordered me a dress 10 sizes too big and then cut the tags out of the dress so that I wouldn't know (we called the manufacturer and they verified that all of their dresses are sent out with size tags in them). When I went back telling them it was too big they promised to alter it so that it would fit perfectly. The dress was then BUTCHERED by them and definitely not wearable and still way too big. It was disgusting what they had done to this dress and claimed that it was altered correctly. They are now refusing to refund me my money stating that they have a no refund policy. I definitely did not get what I paid for. The wedding party is now in the process of taking them to court as a result of their rude and negligent behavior. Very POOR customer service!
