At 38 wks pregnant & went to The Pizza Factory for dinner & ordered a special that was 2 lrg. pizzas w/ 2 toppings for $22. I requested a sauce change on 1 pizza from regular pizza sauce to pesto sauce. They told me there would be an additional fee which I was ok with because I thought it would be minimal. They ended up charging me an additional $7.18 for a pesto sauce instead of just switching the pizza sauce & informed me that it was now a ?specialty pizza.? (My brother orders this pizza at the Sonora, CA location & they don?t even charge him a sauce charge.) I brought it to the cashier's attention after we had paid and she said that we needed to talk with the owner & that he was gone for the day. I went back the next day & he was incredibly rude to me, would NOT REFUND ANY money to me & told me ""if you can't afford to eat out, you shouldn't!!!"" He then chased/followed me out of the store telling me that ?I don't need your business? and ?I?m not even going to tell you what type of person I think you are!"" He was incredibly unprofessional and his actions were offensive. It's unbelievable that he had the audacity to chase/follow a pregnant woman (who's 2 wks out from her due date) out of his store to further insult her.
