When my Jeep stopped running on nearby I-675, they quickly found the problem. They made a ""worst case"" estimate. Upon completion of the work, the Jeep performed better than it has in years AND the cost was not as high as estimated. These folks do not promise something that cannot be delivered. They are swamped with business and I had to wait two days for the work to be performed, however, they told me that in advance. I WILL BE BACK!!!
Pros: Well informed service personel!
Cons: You may have to wait because they are very busy.
