Was charged $1730.57 to have, according the invoice, root cutter clear roots in sewer lateral, camera used to see damaged area & transmitter to locate lateral. Lateral clogged within 14 days suggesting, from talking to other plumbers, that the line was only snaked to get the camera through. Tech didn't provide tape of camera that was run down the pipe, nor any useful details regarding the location of the ""break"" in the lateral. Called to have tape of the camera sent & was abrasively informed that the owner & tech would have to be consulted since ""they don't keep any recordings"". Best part was being required to pay a $650 charge for a backhoe delivery for work that had yet to be authorized.
