I signed my daughter on at Bradfordford 1 year term. During this year she was stuck with roomates that would not pay thier portions of the bills, they moved in boyfriends that lived there free, when reported to Bradford they did not honor thier own lease and do anything about it. We are now stuck with an extreme Duke energy bill due to the lack of payment of the other tenant and according to our lease we were not allowed to shut the utulities off. The other roomate also brought in a cat that had bodily left bodily functions all over my daughters belongings, her boyfriend brought in a R A T again against Bradford. When going to the management at Bradford all they could say was sorry. They offered no help at all into fixing the issues. The list is endless. Definately moving my daughter out of there and I would not reccommend this place at all. During the course of her living there her bathroom flooded about 4 inches of water all over the floor , this was due to a malfunction in the plumbing they did not properly dry it out or remove the contaminated flooring thus leaving mold that had to be cleaned up every week. They have no intentions of protecting thier tenants.
