As a table of 9 on a Friday night, we expected the establishment to be busy. However, we waited for one and half hours before even being served any food while at least 6 other families entered, ate, and left. We also had to request silverware, plates, and refills while other tables were being attended much better than us. After complaining politely our treatment did not improve and we were only offered one $10 gift certificate for three families. We had to ask to speak with the manager 3 times before the request was acted upon. Horrible experience, will never return, our only possible explanation could be racial discrimination....???
