delivered an arrangement from my boyfriend. 3 days later went to trim the stems and put fresh water in the vase. THE WATER SMELLED LIKE SOMETHING DIED IN A SWAMP AND THE STEMS AND WATER WERE ALL SLIMEY. SO BAD THAT THE STEMS WERE ALL MUSH AND FELL APART. Here, the stems were all broken half way up. The delivery packaging was not wet, so it didn't fall over in the delivery van. The arrangement was made with damaged flowers that they probably thought no on would notice. Several calls were made to the shop with promises of having the owner call back. SHE NEVER DID!!! Guess they thought I would just go away it they ignored me. Well, the jokes on them because I didn't. I filed a complaint with the B B B. The flowers were dead in 4 days. These flowers were not cheap. They should have replaced them so I could return the dead ones so they could see what the problem was. FLOWERS FROM THE SUPERMARKET WOULD HAVE LASTED LONGER THAN THESE!!!
