Kerry Lavine helped me with my order for new honeycomb shades, and she was really great to work with. But, when Ray (the installer) came to install the shades, I could see they were just a little too narrow for the windows (oops). I called Kerry and she came by my house to remeasure and ordered the replacements for all five windows. No questions, no arguments, just great service! I'll be calling Kerry when I start my next phase of decorating.
