First agent(Marc) was rude, had attitude and clearly did not want to be at work. Incompetent...Could not find reservation - called insurance company to set up a new one however I decided to call insurance company and got the details from them immediately. Second agent was very helpful however when he pulled my car around, another agent muzzled him out of it for his customer so I had to wait yet again for another car. Ready to change body shops so that I have to NEVER AGAIN deal with Enterprise.
