I needed to have a chair reupholstered, so I sent a message to the email address listed on the website for a quote, including a picture and dimensions. I got a reply with a reasonable amount (the lowest of 5 places I contacted), so I told them I would bring it in when the fabric I ordered arrived.
Pros: Seemed to have a large selection of fabrics
Cons: Misleading, unhelpful
