I eat and eat and eat Ann's Chocolate Nut Antioxidant. No cholesterol, sodium, trans fat and only 1 g of saturated fats (nuts??). I eat at least 3 bags a week! Wish I could get a coupon! haha It has helped me lose 5lbs in just 2 weeks!! Gone are the doughnuts, McDonald's, Whataburger and all the other junk food places I visited frequently. Learning to eat better!
