The movers were over 2 hours late, unprofessional, (commented that we must be "dirty" people), piled our belongings (like couch cushions and other fabric items) on the street while it was raining, and made 4 large holes in the wall (deep, into the sheetrock). It took them half an hour to get the 4 blocks to the destination, and when they were done, the movers tried to extort $130 MORE out of us. When asked about the holes, they refused to fix them. Never, never using them again.
Pros: moved heavy items
Cons: late, unprofessional, disregard for our property
