I used Old Republic Title as my escrow service when purchasing a home for a family member. This property closed on October 30,2008 and we have yet to receive appropriate documentation of the closing such as title and registration for the manufactured home.
When calling, expect RUDE customer service. It seems this company does not like to be bothered after collecting your money, and they don't follow through with their obligations, at elast they didn't with mine.
Pros: Extremely nice during pre-closing status...
Cons: Post closing poor customer service, rude phone staff
