O'Rear's had always been one of my bakeries until the last time I used them for a birthday cake for my boss. The cake was very stale but of course I didn't know this until I was serving it at her party. I called O'Rear's to let them know and they offered me another cake but by the time I could have picked it up, the party would have been over. I gave them my name and phone number but never heard any apology or offer of a refund from them. I was very disappointed.
