At suggestion of waiter, ordered sirloin for two $70. Total bill including drinks and crab cakes $179. What a waste.\r

The sirloin, priced at rate for prime, was not of USDA rating (prime, choice, select). It was tough and full of gristle. Next day, cut the doggy bag contents (most of the order) into 1/4 inch cubes but still could not chew them. It was like rubber bands. I conclude this was from an unrated cow , probably over age dairy, and meant to be hamburger. Why would a fine dining restaurant do this kind of thing??
