What can you say about Hill's Barbecue?...
Well to start with they are a barbecue place that doesn't have any ribs ... or barbecue sauce.
They serve "chipped, chopped, or blocked" which are 3 different ways for them to cut up roast pig butt. On the side is a "dipping sauce" which has the consistency of a vinaigrette. They servers were nice but didn't bring the bread until we finished our plates, even after asking 3 times. Also the house bread is hush puppies.
The people were nice, and the meals were a decent value... if you were the 1/6 in our party that actually ate it.
