The only reason I will ever use this vet is bc of their emergency hours. Don't ever try to call them with questions, bc all they will say is "Oh you'll have to bring them in" Even if its a simple answer. They have repeatedly told me that something will cost one thing, and then the charges end up being doubled. They're terrible at explaining things, and seem annoyed when you press them for more information. A doctor's visit is so expensive, you think they'd take the time to answer questions!! The one doctor (Catherine Tannert) acted like I was an idiot and wouldnt even look at me when she talked. If you find a doctor you like, write down the name and only see that one. (When I HAVE to go there i will only see Jeanne Wordley bc she is great. She takes her time and makes sure all my questions and concerns are addressed. You can tell that she is def an animal lover.
