America's Best Contacts has America's Worst Customer Service. The workers were very rude and of no help whatsoever. I went there because I was considering switching to contacts, but instead I was belittled by all of the workers for even thinking about switching from glasses to contacts. Then they made me take a glaucoma test for a fee that I didn't want. After that, I was spoken to like a customer buying a used car from a sleazy salesman that wanted me to buy expensive glasses that I didn't need. I declined buying glasses that day and asked for my prescription instead. However, they wouldn't release it to me until I saw an eye care specialist for additional glaucoma testing. An appointment was made for me to see the specialist, that required me to miss work, use a personal day and spend a couple hundred dollars out of pocket.
