I requested bids from 3 different companies and Melton's was the only one that followed through. They showed up on time for the appt and I received the bid in a timely manner. Plus they were very helpful in explaining the different options along with tax credits and rebates. I am planning on using them to replace my furnace and would recommend them over other companies in Salem.
