We received our goods, but later than specified in the contract, which provided the company with a 20-day window for delivery. Even that would be acceptable, as things happen and sometimes delays are inevitable, but the customer service representatives made conflicting statements about not only when our things would arrive, but where they were. I felt that they were not either not aware of where our shipment was or not completely honest with us. Either situation is unacceptable.
