I scheduled a pickup day with this company two weeks in advance and took a day off work. Nobody showed up. Not only did they not show up, nobody even called me until I had contacted them several times. I should have known something was fishy with this company when the email correspondence with them was very disorganized. I was asked to repeat information provided in previous emails several times.
