My name is Carolyn Greene. My Mom took my son, my husband, and myself out to eat today at Shari's at this location. The waitress was very polite and we had a great time, til we went up to pay for the bill. We had 2 coupons and I guess we misunderstood them, but not only was the manager very, very, very rude to us, he did it right in front of other customers, who seemed shocked and thought he was rude also. I will be letting other people know on my My Space Page and by word of mouth that we will NO LONGER EAT AT SHARI'S RESTURANTS! I hope this gets to a Superviser. You really need to get a better manager. He ruined our evening out! Sincerely, Carolyn
