She took money out of my escrow when it wasn't it wasn't even due. It took months to get most of it back. I had to file a police report and report it to the Alabama Insurance Group. I had to turn around and get real insurance and so I am out that money plus my mortgage payment went up $200.00 because of her getting in my escrow. As if times aren't hard enough you have someone like her.
Cons: Takes your money illegally.
