My daughter came home one day (she's 4) and said ""my teacher hurt me."" She had fingernail impressions that were there for 4 days and some scratches. When I finally got to view the tapes I was appalled that a teacher would grab her like that and swing her around holding onto only the top of her little arm and digging her nails into her. I later found out that two teachers had been pinching her. I was not impressed with what I saw in the rest of the tapes either. After one month at a different school I now know how much they were NOT learning at this center. The teachers never gave me any feedback about my daughter unless I asked. She had been telling me for about a month that this particular teacher was mean, and she kept running out of the room to have to go up front. Now I know why. I feel so guilty for keeping my kids here so long. I would tell all my friends to keep away. If it's cheap, there's gotta be a reason. The prices have dropped 20.8% in the last month. I wonder why.
