So, my mother gave me a coupon for this establishment. This was on 6/30/09. So, me my husband and my two children under 5 decided. On our coupon it said that gratuity of 18% was included. So, after waiting forever for our drinks we finally ordered. I guess the she thought that service was calling us honey and babe the whole time. Well we ate and paid and left. Or so we thought. My waitress then decided that her service included following me out to the parking lot and screaming ""Thanks A lot!!"" So, I went back in and asked her what the problem was. She then said that the gratuity was not included so I felt guilty and gave her $5.
Never in my life have I ever had my waitress follow me out to the parking lot to yell at me about a tip. I urge anyone who goes to this restaurant never to get this waitress or she may not be as nice to you as she was to me...lol.
