Placed a work order to have toilet fixed. I walked into the office myself. I called later the same day to inform the staff that no one had come to fix the toilet the response was ""maintence will be there today."" Later that night when I phoned the office I expected to have access to an emergency system. There was only the option to leave a message for the staff to hear the next morning. No emergency paging system!!! The next day when I walked into the office I informed the ladies of my experience they laughed! What was is so funny about having to leave the apartment to use the restroom at the gas station! These girls have are much to young to be working for this company.
