I was late 15 minutes for my appointment and asked if that would be a problem. They said no, will see if we can fit you in and the person from the front desk wrote down what was wrong with my dog. After about 20 minutes she came for my dog and she would NOT let me go with my dog inside. I refused to do that and she told me that I will have to reschedule. Weird practise to me if you think about it. I made appointment with other veterinary.\r
P.S. First time in my life I was late and it was such a big deal for them, like I ever get to see a doctor on time of my appointment.
